  • What is myRIDE?
    • myRIDE is a referral service for transportation information across the Tampa Bay Region
  • What does it do?
    • myRIDE provides transportation service information and can help you find the right provider of services based on your needs, eligibility, and origin/destination.
  • Who provides the services?
    • myRIDE is a service of TBARTA, but we refer users to third-party providers of transportation, who we do not guarantee.
  • Does myRIDE service go beyond its boundaries?
    • The myRIDE database lists resources for all seven regional counties (Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota), some of which serve other parts of the state. We will do our best to find what you are looking for.
  • Do I need to qualify for service?
    • myRIDE is free to use for all, but almost all providers in our database have a cost associated, and sometimes an eligibility requirement.
  • What are my responsibilities as a user of the myRIDE service?

  • What are the myRIDE service hours?
    • The myRIDE database is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The live chat feature is only available during call center hours, which are 7AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday.
