Pasco County Transportation Disadvantaged Service
Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) is Pasco County's designated Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC).
PCPT's services include a TD Bus Pass Program for individuals prohibited from using PCPT’s fixed route bus service due to financial limitations. A monthly PCPT fixed-route bus pass is provided at no charge to qualifying individuals.
Eligibility: PCPT requires each applicant to qualify under current Federal Poverty Level Guidelines, depending on the number of family members in the household, at the 125% level.

TD Tampa Bay County-to-County Service
TD Tampa Bay service complements PCPT's TD Service, providing transportation options to TD eligible Pasco residents when PCPT is not available. This includes county-to-county transportation (trips that originate in Pasco with a destination in any of the other four TBARTA region counties of Hillsborough, Hernando, Pinellas and Manatee) anytime during TD Tampa Bay's service hours:
- Monday through Friday: 5 a.m.- 10 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
TD Tampa Bay In-County Service
In addition, TD Tampa Bay provides in-county transportation to Pasco residents on evenings and weekends when PCPT is not operating. Those additional, in-county service hours, for transportation disadvantaged eligible riders in Pasco County are:
- Monday through Friday: 7:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
