Title VI Program

If you believe that you have been excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination based on race, color or national origin under the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority (TBARTA) program of services, you may file an official Title IV complaint with the Principal Planner, Michael A. Case, 4350 West Cypress Street, Suite 700, Tampa, FL 33607 or by calling (813) 282-8200. We encourage you to make your complaint in writing. 

Please include the following information:

  • Your name, address and how to contact you (phone number, email address, etc.)
  • How, why, when and where you believe you were discriminated against. Include the location, names and contact information of any witnesses.
  • You must sign your letter of complaint

Complaints may also be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
